It's sad really. Most of us are worried about how long the store will remain open. This causes the mood to sour.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great with people and staff

We all get along and work together

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

pay is good for new hires but for people who have been there a few yrs you are making the same as new hires . its doesnt make sense
