Like any company we have our challenges, but I would take our challenges over other companies challenges every day. We care about each other, and we want to see the company and each other succeed.
It's been positive. I appreciate the 1:1 with my leader when they are focused on work metrics. I enjoy the ability to find projects to take on individually that will benefit the team as a whole.
My team and manager make my day to day life fantastic, they are the reason I'm still here.
Overall my experience has been positive. There are things I would change, and things I would keep the same; but all encompassing it has been a positive experience.
