Molnlycke has potential but they are corrupt and disrespectful to their employees. They have bad management. They repackage products from overseas and label them American. This is dangerous and their behavior during the pandemic to their employees was abusive. I do not recommend this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to increase the salaries of employees who work in critical areas.
