What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership. Global and local. Also set standards.

What did you like most about the interview process?

People i spoke with. It was pretty standard

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard working, press through tough times, give their all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is pooe but we can work hybrid snd some are fully remote so thats a plus. Bonuses at all levels would be nice or wven respectable annual increases.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Strategy, planning, direction, kindness. Some leaders are inconsiderate. I have observed micromanagement and agressice behavior from one leader ans thar person kept her job whike the others were ket go. That would not be a good team to wirk for.
