What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. Management to be more truthful and not just out for themselves.

People as well as corporate were nice at first then their true colors showed later. Corporate wasnt very helpful

Boss doesnt give what he could and should so he gets more for himself. Lies right to your face. Its a wonder theres so few drivers working for the company b
