Overall a fantastic company. Best in the industry for Diversity and Inclusion, very purpose driven and committed to sustainability. Could be better with pay and benefit but on par with industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are not paying competitive wages right now. It's causing us to lose talent both incoming and outgoing.
