Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Major disconnect between middle and upper managers that are making the decisions and the actual needs on the floor. They don't appreciate or attempt to retain their employees. They pay DVMs fairly well but otherwise everyone else pretty crappy.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The thoughtful, transparent communication from the team that initially hired me.
