I've spent quite a few years here and it has been a great experience. By far I have learned more here than any other company. I believe leadership and culture have had a strong impact on me personality and they are always extremely flexible and understanding of my goals and aspirations.

It is challenging but not pedantic. It identifies great candidates without being overly stressful.

They are open minded and willing to admit their shortcomings/accept feedback, as well as always down to learn a new skill when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've worked at numerous tech companies both large and small. Culture is what ultimately defines long term success and Philosophie's has been the best I've encountered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hands down the best leadership team I've worked with in my career. I can't say enough good things about them. They are constantly changing with the times and promote an awesome culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have autonomy and flexibility. I have the ability to reach out to my teammates when I need help. I get to work on exciting projects and with interesting clients to come up with cool solutions to interesting problems.
