Well experienced, but not too corporate to be hands-on in building the company with the rest of the team.

If you believe in the startup, equity is everything. I'm excited to have an up-side to my contribution over time.

A lot of focus on people, process, and the organization itself, not purely grilling the candidate over their experience and what they bring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work in small, product-focused teams that move fast and solve problems collectively. No large layers of management, or barriers between product and engineering.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally kind and respectful. It's a social group. We spend a lot of out-of-office time together, such as monthly game nights, happy hours, weekend hikes, and company events.
What makes you most happy at work?
Using my skills to build a product that is going from 0 to 1, and then scaling. For me, this is exactly the stage of a company I wanted to join and help grow.
