What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and incredibly smart. The leadership team is personable and transparent, which is much appreciated. My coworkers are some of my close friends, and working cross-functionally is easy because of how willing everyone is to get their hands dirty and work together on our shared goals
