What did you like most about the interview process?
I think the recruiting team is enthusiastic, energetic, warm, and informative. they really took the time to get to know me, and tell a story where I could easily envision myself fitting into the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the leadership team is approachable and kind. They want to roll up their sleeves and work hard next to you, but don't micromanage- you are encouraged to flex your creative muscles, share your opinion, and be a trusted advisor.
