RGA is a wonderful company to work for, especially during these difficult times. They put their employees health and safety first. The job is challenging, but also very rewarding.

What can this brand most improve?

Better management and services. I am appalled!

Caring about their employees, living their values.

A lot of divisiveness, due to decisions by the executive team
