Transparency. Maturity. Focus on current tactics as well as future strategy (up to 3 years out). Discussions of how we could reshape our entire market / commuter landscape.

Each person has a voice. We get good cover from our manager; he looks to give us a good environment in which we can be productive and successful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a tech lead, so making sure that there is a clear set of tasks assigned to specific owners and that they know precisely what their success criteria are.
