Wonderful ppl to work with and stability

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They do not pay you to start up or shut down the system. You are only paid while actively taking calls, and not while taking required notes for calls.

Overall it could be better with better communication, and better attitudes .
