Management is so so horrible. No Professionalism, the Clinic manager is incompetent & plays politics and favoritism.

Explaining the ever changing commission metrics. They are confusing and once you finally start to understand them they change them again.

Open door policy. Very transparent. They regularly communicate with staff.
