We have fun! There is never a dull moment at a team event. I actually was referred by a friend to Straight North and referred two of my friends to come to Straight North.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the work from home flexibility. The culture at our co-working space is great, and even with the opportunity to work from home, I would prefer to come to the office a few days a week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and truly care for their employees. When I got married, bought a house, and got promoted, they celebrated with me. When clients got out of hand or health issues came up, they had my back.
