Keep talent and get expericed managment in there. They make it upbascthe go. They do not follow any type of lab or mfg protocols

Disappointing -- each Accelerator's staff is treated like hired mercenaries. Unlike a sales role, however, there is no additional compensation or benefits for performance. If an accelerator partner doesn't renew their contract, the entire staff is laid off. Also, knowledge is not shared.
