What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management has no say, but have to get approval from the Gen Mgr or owner. The mgrs are in constant fear of their jobs, and pass that on to the rest. The tools to do the job are not provided. Disgruntled guests yell at overwhelmed employees. And managers change nothing. Because they can't.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay slightly higher than average, however they have to hire down the mountain, bc no one in town will work there. Gas is expensive, and the wear to your vehicle. They do not ice their property when it snows. Require use your personal cell, and call any time of the day, as if you're on call.
