Vision driven/focused yet pragmatic with properly harnessed data to facilitate decision making.

It's a true team. We're collaborative and help each other out to get tasks done. We encourage each other to challenge ourselves and learn.

New mortgage company but leaders have lots of experience and are invested in making their employees successful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The upper management seems to only care about numbers. Better benefits, profit sharing
