They have a horrible 45 day probation time for new employees they never tell you how you are doing. But they watch you like a hawk and dont support you. Very belittling experiance. You are destin to fail if they dont need you. Management is very crule and mean.

They dont listen to the customers request to simple things like shrink wrapping pallets

Support the new hires. And listen and tell the employee what they are doing wrong
