Being here for so long, i experienced many different changes. Some great and some terrible, but no matter what I love what I do, super proud of our portfolio. Best experience is having and have the chance to work with so many amazing and talented people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all goal oriented and love what we do and like to have fun while doing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working along side of our on-site teams helping them maintain the Veris life styles and company goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are all for the people and not just talking the talk but walking it is well at most levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we are flexible with working out of the sites, office or home. We all feel we deserve more money as we should but we are fairly compensated. Best perk is having such amazing site teams to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When speaking of the leadership team I think our CEO and COO are the best! I do have dual reports and on one side my one report is great, communicates with me and makes me feel apart and appreciate as one of the team. On the other side of reporting I don't feel part of the team.
