I have been with the company for many years and it has been a roller coaster, never knowing what is coming or if you will be on the ride. The past few years with our Ceo and Coo it made a difference in security. I enjoy working hard and being involved and would like to be more involved.

The ability to laugh at our mistakes and get beyond it and our communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open honest communication from our Ceo and Coo. It makes a difference and makes you feel secure in your position and the personal care they give us. I feel heard and appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher base salary. Even though I do make high commissions currently when they are not there it makes it hard to save for my future and pay bills on a regular basis. The economy took a bad turn the past two years, and with gas prices and commuting costs it is hard to survive without bonus'.
