Over the last couple of years I have seen great improvements within the company. I haven't always had the best experience, but it has taken a drastic turn and I am very happy here and where we are going. I feel very confident in my work and can see that the leadership team cares a lot about that.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team as they always make every day interesting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team. We always pick each other up and make it a positive work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there for each other. We look out for each other and help when it is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work very long hours and I just think more compensation for that would be better and possibly overtime.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they are so hands on and show that they truly care about what is going on with our properties.
