My experience has been neutral. On one side of the spectrum, I enjoy my day to day work life, meeting new people and helping out the current sales people in their position to be the best version of themselves. On the other side, I do not enjoy the micromanaging and lack of structure for the OM dept.

They took their time to get to know me personally and professionally. We brainstormed on ideas together, we discussed the challenges the position may come with and gave me a good understanding on my position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have never been recognized for my hard work and I would appreciate for the OM's to have some sort of reward structure. We cannot afford to enjoy Mexico trip because we are underpaid and there's no extra funds to put aside for it.
