The best part of the compensation package is our medical benefits. The firm pays 100% of the employee's premium and that saves me a lot of money. I truly appreciate it!

The most positive thing about the culture of the firm is our relentless dedication to one another and our clients. The most positive thing about the environment is being greeted with smiles and warmth throughout the office.

Some of the best things about my team is that we truly care about our clients and strive to be the best that we can be both individually and collectively. We are passionate advocates and believe in seeking justice with our clients.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting with a large group of team members the most during the interview process because it allowed me to see how they felt about the company and also gave me an idea of the type of people i would be working with at the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the collaborative work environment that our leadership team creates by including stakeholders at all levels in many decisions. It goes a long way and makes us feel like a true team. I also like the time that we spend together outside of the office--it helps to build camaraderie.
