Mr. Gary G. Rich has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Parker Drilling Co. since October 1, 2012 and has been its Chairman of The Board since May 1, 2014. Mr. Rich has a wealth of international and domestic industry leadership experience, including a 25-year career with Baker Hughes Incorporated, where he successfully managed several of its businesses, regions and initiatives. Over his career, he has held a progressive series of roles across a broad spectrum of focus areas including: Global sales, strategic marketing and business development; New technology and product innovation and commercialization strategies; Operations, finance and business management; and Leadership development and succession planning. He served as the President of European operations of Baker Hughes Incorporated since May 4, 2009. He served as the President of Hughes Christensen of Baker Hughes Inc. since September 2006 and also served as its Marketing Director. He developed a dynamic business strategy that successfully positioned Baker Hughes to enter new market segments and geographical regions. Mr. Rich served as Vice President of Global Sales at Baker Hughes Inc. He served as Vice President of Marketing Drilling and Evaluation at INTEQ since February 2005. He served as Senior Financial Analyst of INTEQ since 1987, where he served in a number of marketing and operations positions, including Product Manager, Marketing Director of INTEQ Drilling Systems and Region Manager. He has been a Director of Parker Drilling Co. since October 1, 2012. He holds a certification in Management from the University of Utah and attended the California Institute of Technology's Strategic Marketing of Technology Products program. Mr. Rich received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University and his Master of Science degree in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas.

Mr. Nathaniel C. Dockray has been Principal Accounting Officer and Director of Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis of Parker Drilling Company Inc. since November 4, 2017 and April 2016 respectively. From January 2014 to March 2016, Mr. Dockray was Director of Tax at Parker Drilling Company Inc. From December, 2012 to January, 2014 Mr. Dockray served as Assistant Director of Tax and he served as a Senior Tax Manager of the Company. Prior to joining Parker Drilling, Mr. Dockray was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Dockray holds a BBA and an MS in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Jon-Al Duplantier has been General Counsel and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Parker Drilling Co., since September 2009 and serves as its Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Duplantier has been Senior Vice President at Parker Drilling Co. since March 2012 and its Secretary since 2013. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Parker Drilling Co., since June 21, 2017 until October 1, 2017. He has over 20 years' experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He served as Secretary at Parker Drilling Co. He served as Vice President of Parker Drilling Co since September 2009. He oversees the Parker Drilling's legal function on a global basis. He joined Parker Drilling from ConocoPhillips, where he served in several legal and executive roles from 1995 to 2009 including senior counsel - Exploration and Production, Managing Counsel - Indonesia, Management Assistant - Exploration and Production and Counsel - Dubai. Prior to ConocoPhillips, he served as a Patent Attorney for DuPont from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Duplantier received Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University in 1992 and also a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Grambling State University.

Michael Sumruld serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Parker Drilling Company. Michael started at Parker Drilling Company in October of 2017. Michael currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.
