Mr. Randal Wayne Baker, also known as Randy, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Actuant Corporation since March 1, 2016. Mr. Baker served as an Executive Vice President at Joy Global Inc. since November 30, 2009 until September 4, 2015 and its Chief Operating Officer from December 2013 to September 4, 2015. He has nearly 30 years of industrial experience, including serving in numerous executive roles of increasing responsibility and depth. Mr. Baker served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Surface Mining Equipment Division (known as P&H Mining Equipment Inc) at Joy Global, Inc. since November 30, 2009 until December 2013. He has been the Chief Operating Officer of Joy Global Surface Mining and President of Joy Global Surface Mining since 2009. He served as the President of the Case IH until 2008. He served as the President of the Case IH Agricultural brand at CNH Global NV from September 13, 2006 to November 30, 2009 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until November 30, 2009. Mr. Baker served as Senior Vice President of Logistics and Supply Chain of CNH Global NV from October 2005 to October, 2006. Mr. Baker was an executive with Case New Holland (???CNH???) from 2004 to 2009. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Vice President of North America Marketing, Mr. Baker directed the CNH agricultural marketing, parts and service operations. Prior to CNH, he served fourteen years in a series of progressively senior leadership roles in the mining equipment industry, which included management positions with Tamrock Corporation, the Construction & Mining Division of Ingersoll-Rand and Komatsu. At Komatsu, Mr. Baker served as Vice President and General Manager of the Mining Division. Mr. Baker had diverse leadership roles at Komatsu America Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand and Sandvik Corporation. He has been a Director of Actuant Corporation since March 8, 2016. Mr. Baker has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1986.

Mr. Roger A. Roundhouse has been an Executive Vice President of Engineered Solutions and China at Actuant Corporation since April 2014. Mr. Roundhouse has extensive automotive, industrial and OEM capabilities, as well as significant experience with mergers & acquisitions and global operations gained during his 22-year career at General Cable Corp., where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager Utility Products. He served as Vice President and General Manager, Automotive Products at General Cable Corp. Mr. Roundhouse received his BA in Business Administration from Ohio University College of Business and an MBA from Xavier University.

Mr. John Jeffrey Schmaling, also known as Jeff, has been an Executive Vice President of Industrial and Energy segments at Actuant Corporation since January 25, 2018. Mr. Schmaling has more than 30 years of experience with industry leading international manufacturers of heavy equipment and services in the mining, construction, agricultural and industrial sectors. He most recently held the position of President, North America for Komatsu Mining Corporation (formerly Joy Global Inc.) since 2010. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director Dealer Development and Account Management at Case International Harvester, a Division of Fiat S.p.A. Earlier in his career he held various sales, marketing and product development roles. He was awarded a BS from the School of Life Sciences at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
