Mr. Dario A. Peragallo, also known as Dari, has been the President of Air Industries Machining Corporation, a subsidiary of Air Industries Group Inc. since December 8, 2008 and serves as its General Manager of Aim. Mr. Peragallo served as Corporate Secretary of Air Industries Group, Inc. He has been associated with AIM for over 25 years. He served as an Executive Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering at Air Industries Group, Inc. since November 30, 2005. He served as the President of Air Industries Group, Inc. Mr. Peragallo served as an Executive Vice President of Manufacturing of AIM and Executive Vice President of Ashlin Development Corp. since November 30, 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing at Air Industries Machining Corporation. He served as Vice President of Engineering of Air Industries Machining Corp. and Air Industries Group, Inc. Mr. Peragallo was elevated in 2000 to Director of Manufacturing. In addition, he has helped develop and maintain AIM's current business systems. He served as Ashlin Development Corp.'s Lean Advocate' since the inception of the program at AIM to decrease its inventory and increase productivity. He has led AIM on its 'Lean' course of evolution and has participated in seventeen 'Lean' events. Mr. Peragallo served as Executive Vice President with overall responsibility for engineering, manufacturing and customer-critical technical matters (including 'Lean' and 'Supply Chain' activities) since 2003. He served as a Director of Air Industries Group, Inc. from November 30, 2005 to April 19, 2013. He has been an active member of Diversity Business since 2000. Mr. Peragallo is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale where he received B.A. in Manufacturing Engineering.
Luciano M. Melluzzo

Mr. Luciano M. Melluzzo, also known as Lou, has been the President at Air Industries Group since August 2017. Mr. Melluzzo has over 30 years of aerospace machining experience. Mr. Melluzzo served as Vice President of Business Development/Chief of Business Development of EDAC Technologies Corporation since March 2, 2010 and its Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2005 to March 2, 2010. Mr. Melluzzo was responsible for integrating the acquired companies into EDAC, frequently having to consolidate the operations into existing EDAC facilities.
Michael E. Recca
CFO & Principal Accounting Officer
Mr. Michael E. Recca has been Chief Financial Officer of Air Industries Group since October 1, 2016 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Recca served as Group Vice President of Finance at Air Industries Group, Inc. He has been engaged by Air Industries since September 2008 in a variety of positions related to our capital finance and acquisition programs. Most recently he served as Chief of Corporate Development & Capital Markets, a position in which he directed our acquisition program and coordinated with our lenders. Mr. Recca received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from Columbia University.

Mr. Michael Brand, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Air Industries Group since March 3, 2017. Mr. Brand has been Vice President of 787/Commercial Airframe Entry Into Service (EIS) at Goodrich Corp. since January 01, 2011. He has the responsibility for all EIS-related activity, coordinating as appropriate with the entire organization and is be able to leverage Goodrich's resources and talent for the benefit of Goodrich's customer Boeing as well as for 787 operators. He served as President of Landing Gear Division of Goodrich Corp. from July 2005 to January 01, 2011. Mr. Brand served as the President of GKN Aerospace New England Inc. Most recently, he served as President of a turbine engine component manufacturer - Teleflex Aerospace Manufacturing Group. Prior to joining Goodrich, Mr. Brand spent seven years with Teleflex. Prior to Teleflex, he spent 17 years at General Electric in a variety of operations and manufacturing management roles, mainly in GE's Aircraft Engines business. He is also consulting on a variety of projects. He has more than 20 years of experience working for large aerospace companies, including General Electric and Teleflex. He started his career in GE's Corporate Manufacturing Management Program and progressed through various assignments in manufacturing, quality, assembly and component repair with GE Aircraft Engines in Evendale, Ohio. Mr. Brand joined Teleflex in 1997 and became President of Teleflex's Aerospace Manufacturing Group, manufacturing and assembling engine components for GE, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce and Snecma. Mr. Brand ended a very successful 32 year aerospace career in 2012 when he retired as a result of the UTC-Goodrich acquisition. He serves as a Director of TECT Corporation. He serves as a Director of UCA Holdings, Inc. He has been a Director of Air Industries Group since May 2012. Mr. Brand holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University in NY and an MBA from Xavier University in Ohio and a Master of Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
