Mr. Rory Burke serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Palm Coast Data LLC. Mr. Burke served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Subscription Fulfillment Services Business at AMREP Corporation since March 05, 2014. Mr. Burke has more than 30 years of fulfillment and media services experience that encompasses a number of capacities, including operational, client services, sales and executive roles. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Palm Coast Data LLC and its subsidiary, FulCircle Media, LLC, since November 2011. From June 2009 to October 2011, Mr. Burke was National Sales Executive for CDS Global, Inc., a subscription and product fulfillment provider. From 2003 to May 2009, he was Executive Vice President of Kable Fulfillment Services Inc., a subscription fulfillment provider. Prior to joining Kable Fulfillment Services Inc., Mr. Burke held various operational, client service and executive leadership positions with Neodata Services, Inc. and Electronic Data Systems, both subscription and product fulfillment providers.

Mr. Clifford R. Martin has been Treasurer of AMREP Corporation since November 1, 2016. Mr. Martin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of AMREP Corporation from May 1, 2016 to November 1, 2016. He served as Director of Accounting at AMREP Corporation from 2006 to May 1, 2016 and served as its Treasurer from September 2012 to May 1, 2016. Prior to joining the AMREP Corporation in 2006, Mr. Martin held managerial positions at the Atlantic City Hilton Hotel and Casino Resort, Bally's Hotel and Casino Resort, the Prince Sports Group and Arthur Young & Company.

Mr. James Michael McMonagle Jr., also known as Jim, has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AMREP Corporation since September 18, 2017. Mr. McMonagle has been Vice President of Finance at SnapOne, Inc February 2017. He serves as a Senior Financial Consultant at Rife & Associates. Mr. McMonagle serves as Part-time Chief Financial Officer to several small growth businesses. Mr. McMonagle served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Cutanea Life Sciences, Inc. since August 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From October 2005 to May 2008, he served as Corporate Controller of Lannett Company, Inc. At Lannett, he was responsible for SEC financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, strategic development and financial systems. Mr. McMonagle served as Director of Finance of The Lloyd Group, Inc. From May 2008 to February 2010, Mr. McMonagle served as Chief Financial & Accounting Officer of GPX Enterprises. His previous experience includes four years Deloitte & Touche. Mr. McMonagle holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University.

Jim McMonagle serves as the Chief Financial Officer of AMREP Corporation. Jim started at AMREP Corporation in Sep of 2017. Jim currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
