Overall very little guideance training or respect given to middle players. Working chaos.
The promptness of it and getting everything done
The people are awesome I work with
They do not stand up for your protection with clients. They blame others for there problems and mistakes. Always thinks no one else is wrong but you. Just because u made the mistake their responsible for your conduct because they manage you.
