Mr. Christopher Smith, MBA serves as Manager of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Cox Communications. Mr. Smith serves as a Member of the Management Team with Digital Telecommunications and Entertainment Company, Cox Communications, where he specializes in public affairs. Mr. Smith previously has enjoyed career chapters as a civil engineer, geodesist, water resource management specialist, finance analyst, public policy director and Chief of Staff of the Arizona State Senate, think tank President and Chief Executive Officer of a national cutting-edge Internet-based education policy organization. He is honored to serve on the boards of directors of seven non-profit organizations, including the Arizona Technology Council, and is active with numerous others. Mr. Smith also serves in five different ministry and community service roles through his church ??? a feeble attempt to balance the scales after causing considerable stress for his parents and the Sisters of St. Joseph while in grade school. He serves as Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Arizona Technology Council. From humble roots, Mr. Smith later distinguished himself in the study of B.S., summa cum laude in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University and M.B.A. in business from Arizona State University. Mr. Smith enjoys endurance sports and worldwide adventures.
