Mr. Francis Joseph Conroy, CPA, has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Associated Capital Group, Inc. November 7, 2017. Mr. Conroy serves as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Prisma Capital Partners LP and has been its Chief Operating Officer since joining it in April 2004. He serves as Managing Director of KKR Prisma at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Prisma Capital Partners LP. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mezzacappa Management, LLC, for five years, responsible for all financial, accounting, compliance, personnel and operational activities. He served as a Senior Vice President at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, responsible for tax planning and compliance for international investment bank with affiliates in 16 countries. Previously, Mr. Conroy served as the Director of Taxes at McKinsey & Company, Inc., responsible for global tax planning and compliance for multinational consulting company with offices in 23 countries. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Energy Corporation, managed operations of two resource recovery facilities and Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. providing tax planning advice and overseeing tax compliance for broad range of high net worth individual, partnership and corporate clients. He has been a Director of Prisma Spectrum Fund Ltd since June 19, 2014. He served as a Director at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Conroy holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors of Science from Fordham University.

Mr. Kevin Handwerker is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Associated Capital Group, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Handwerker is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at GAMCO Investors, Inc. since November 2013. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman LLC from 2000 to October 2013 and General Counsel for 12 years. Previously, Mr. Handwerker joined Neuberger Berman Group LLC on March 1, 2000 as General Counsel. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at National Financial Partners Corp. from September 1, 1999 to March 1, 2000. Previously, Mr. Handwerker was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. from 1994 to 1999. He started his law career as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Shearman & Sterling, where he worked from 1982 to 1994 and represented financial institutions and other entities in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and merchant banking transactions. Mr. Handwerker holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S., Summa Cum Laude, in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
