Mr. Thomas Meyer, Ph.D. Founded Auris Medical Holding AG in April 2003 and serves as Managing Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Meyer served as the Chief Executive Officer at Disetronic Holding AG. He worked for Disetronic in various functions starting in 1988, becoming member of the Board of Directors in 1996, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in early 2000. Prior to joining Disetronic, he advised several Swiss companies in strategy, marketing and corporate finance. He holds a Ph.D. (Dr.rer.pol.) in business administration from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Dr. Thomas Jung, M.D., Ph.D. has been Chief Development Officer of Auris Medical Holding AG since September 01, 2016. Dr. Jung leads the Auris Medical Holding's clinical, preclinical and pharmaceutical development activities. Dr. Jung served as Chief Medical Officer of Cell Medica Switzerland AG since September 1, 2011. Dr. Jung has significant experience in medical research and clinical development. Prior to joining Auris Medical, Dr. Jung served as the Chief Medical Officer at Delenex Therapeutics AG. He spent 13 years at Novartis and served as its Head of Translational Medicine for The European Union. A board Certified Dermatologist, he has led research work in immunology at the Novartis Research Institute in Vienna, Austria, then spent nine years at Novartis in Basel. In January 2008, he took the leadership of the Ilaris(R) development team, until its first marketing approval in 2009. Since then, he was part of the senior leadership team at the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research (NIBR), as EU Head of Translational Medicine. He is an Associate Professor for Dermatology at the University of G??ttingen, Germany.

Ms. Andrea Braun-Scherhag has been Head of Regulatory and Quality Affairs at Auris Medical Holding AG since May 2016. Ms. Braun-Scherhag leads Auris Medical Holding's regulatory affairs, quality and pharmacovigilance activities. Prior to joining Auris Medical, she was Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Alvotech. Prior to Alvotech, she spent 15 years in various regulatory affairs functions at Roche and served as its Head of EU Regulatory Affairs since 2013 and five years in regulatory affairs at DSM Nutritional Products. Ms. Braun received her state examination in pharmacy from the University of Heidelberg, Germany and holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Mr. Hernan Levett, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer at Auris Medical Holding AG since January 2017. Prior to joining Auris Medical, Mr. Levett served as Head of Group Controlling at Acino Pharma AG and previously served as Vice President of Finance and Administration Europe at InterMune International AG. In addition, he spent 10 years at Novartis, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Novartis Chile SA. Mr. Levett is a certified public accountant and holds an accounting degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
