Dr. Douglas P. Morris, also known as Doug, is a Co-Founder of Bio-path Holdings, Inc. and serves as its Director of Investor Relations and Secretary. Mr. Morris served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary of Bio-path Holdings, Inc. since 2007 until June 27, 2014. Mr. Morris served as the President of Celtic Investment, Inc. Mr. Morris is an owner of Hyacinth Resources, Inc. Mr. Morris has been the President of Speaking Roses International Inc. (formerly, Millennium Electronics, Inc) since 1990. He also serves as an Officer of Emerald Capital Investments, Inc. and Dauphin Technology, Inc. He serves as an investor in a privately-held business consulting firm and as consultant for several operating public companies. Mr. Morris served as a Vice President of Ogden Golf Co. Corporation until August 2007. He has also owned and operated H & M Capital Investments, Inc., (H & M) Since 1990. He served as President of Millennium Electronics, Inc. He was self-employed in managing his own investments from 1984 to 1988. He has been Celtic Investment, Inc. since June 2003 and since July 1994 respectively. Mr. Morris has been a Director of Bio-path Holdings, Inc. since 2007. He serves as a Director of Emerald Capital Investments, Inc. and Dauphin Technology, Inc. He also serves as a director for several operating public companies. He served as Director of Ogden Golf Co. Corporation from November 2002 to August 1, 2007. He served as Director of CCC GlobalCom Corp. since June, 2003. He served as an Outside Director of Millennium Electronics from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Morris received his Masters Degree in Public Administration at the University of Southern California in 1982 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Judicial Administration from Brigham Young University in 1978.
