Prof. Xiaohui Zheng has been Chief Scientist of Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2014. Prof. Zheng is a professor and Director of the Engineering Research Center for the modernisation of Chinese herbal medicine at Northwestern University, and is mainly engaged in the traditional Chinese medicine compound effects of metabolism and composition analysis, biological chromatographic analysis of new technologies and innovative drug development.

Ms. Shuang Gong has been a Secretary of Board at Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 1, 2008 and has been its Director of Administration since 2007. Ms. Gong also serves as an Administration Manager and Assistant Office Director of Aoxing Pharmaceutical. She served as an Administration Manager of Biostar. From 1998 to 2000, she served as Assets Operation Manager of West Securities and Assistant Economist at West Securities. She graduated from Xi'an Polytechnic University in Xi'an, China, with a Bachelor's Degree in Machine and Electricity Integration and also a Bachelor's Degree In Business Management from Provincial Party College in Xi'an, China in 2001.

Ms. Xiaojuan Zhai has been Chief Financial Officer of Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 5, 2017. From September 2015 to February 2017, Ms. Zhai served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Shaanxi Aoxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She served as an Accounting Supervisor at Dahua Biological Technology Investment Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhai holds a degree in Accounting from Xi'an Peihua University.

Mr. Zhenghong Wang has been the Chief Operating Officer at Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 26, 2012. Mr. Wang has served in various capacities at Aoxing Pharmaceutical since 2001; including Accountant, Recruiting Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Director in charge of Guizhou Province. Mr. Wang graduated from Shaanxi Professional Financial Technology College in 2001.
