Mr. Michael Golomb serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Breathometer, Inc. Mr. Golomb is a senior finance and operations executive with a strong track record of maximizing shareholder value. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bitfury USA, Inc. He was the first C-level executive and board member at BitFury. During his tenure at BitFury, he led growth in BitFury from seven employees/consultants to over 100; from one office to seven international locations; from almost no revenues to approximately nine figure annual audited run-rate with significant EBITDA and a solid base for significant growth in 2015/2016. Prior to joining BitFury in 2014, Mr. Golomb was a Resident Mentor @ 500Startup Venture Fund and a joint venture partner with Morgan Stanley. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Sistema Hals, leading a highly successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange with market capitalization of $2.7 billion. He served as Head of Compliance at Trimble Navigation. He served as Corporate Controller at Entegrity Solutions, a $70M VC-backed pre-IPO software security start-up. He was Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served as the Managing Partner of Real Estate Fund at Marshall Capital Partners. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer at PSN Group. He has over 20 years of senior management experience across a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from startups to large public corporations. He held a variety of senior management positions at technology start-ups and established corporations in the areas of Bitcoin/Blockchain, software/SaaS, hardware, semiconductor, manufacturing and real estate. He involved in raising equity, IPO's, M&A and variety of public and private debt instruments. He is a certified public accountant (CPA ) in the United States of America. Mr. Golomb holds B.A. with double major in Economics and Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College, an M.Sc. in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MBA in finance from Santa Clara University.

Gary Kaplan serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Breathometer. Gary started at Breathometer in September of 2016. Gary is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
