Difficult but fun. I love working here and I am always being stretched. At times it's hard to get excited about work balancing all the clients and the stress that comes from each but it is a rewarding job. My only wish is that I wasn't so stressed working with all the BP's and meeting their demands.

That clarity with goals and direction but the balance of looking out for the well being of the employees. The team is very receptive to discussions and listening to employees as well.
