What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are in lines with most places I have worked

All of it. I started with nothing a competitive basic pay and internet allowance, with that alone I couldn't ask for more. Then they added health coverage and maternity/paternity benefit! How blessed could I be? Compared to other remote work setup in PH, we are getting way better compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like sometimes when requests go in to upper management, they seem to get a little lost and unless you constantly are a bug in the ear, you don't get adequate responses.

I'm in an entry-level position when I should be in mid-management.

There is no process for taking time off, so you kind of have to just figure it out then spend extra time when you get back to make up for it. Compensation compared to industry average is low. The amount of work being put in by all departments deserve better compensation.

Its hard to take time off, if you miss a day it feels that you have to play catch up for a week just to get it back to normal. The commission structure needs a little work to help compensate successes. There is no 401K.
