The market dictates the level of salaries, as well as the professionalism of each individual employee. We are waiting for changes in the near future.

Not a lot of progressive benefits like extended paternal leave, mental health leave, perks or staff events (but then again, it is COVIDtime). Benefits here are points you need to do business-promoting things to earn, and in return you get branded merch that most businesses give their staff for free.
