nice amount of PTO mixed with good healthy benefits

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people still feel connected even though we work remotely. It's also nice that we try to hire the best people for roles rather than being tethered to hiring people willing to commute to a specific location.

A lot of good ICs who care a lot and do good work.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better management and better leadership. They care too much about the numbers at the expense of their employee's mental health. Ironically, if you take care of the employees, they will take care of the number. The "leaders" don't understand this.
