Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite my team generating 2 billion dollars in revenue for the company during their most profitable year in company history, raises were less than the national average and amounted to less than $20 more per paycheck. Their salaries are significantly less than competitors for the same role in ATL.
