Cult-like positivity, which anyone who pays attention can see is mostly performative.

The do love to celebrate holidays

team players all come together as one

The Homer fund and fund raising for those who are in need

My management team is always in the field with us, celebrating us and with us, and constantly doing what they can to build morale.

The crew that I work with cares About the needs of the people on the crew

We came from different backgrounds and still work well !

Review from Sales Dept

I enjoy interacting with the associates and customers

Inclusive helpful and supportive to all

Everyone is usually excited about work which makes working with others good

Working together and supporting each other is the best part of our culture.

Safety, growth, respect, making sales competitive and fun, feeling empowered to make decisions without fear of reprimand. It's an environment where vulnerability is encouraged, giving us autonomy and creating a unique and healthy work environment.

Review from HR Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More communication and instruction to the job.

Review from Sales Dept

To live the values they promise.

Better senior management knowledge of all policies

Hime Depot is a woke company that does not recognice talented employees. They need to manage mord effectively and appreciate dedicated workers.

Enthusiasm, inspiration, law of order, routine

They need to quit investing in the ceo

Better communication between management and the workers.

They forced everyone back in the office and the culture left. Executive leadership continues to force people out by not listening to the associates.

Better scheduling, more hires, more people on shift working together.

Better communication and teamwork atmosphere.

It needs to accept that slower growth is ok in order to make quality of life higher for their people.

The store manager should be replaced.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to stop playing favorites and actually train new associates. They also need to relax when their understaffed, they treat the employees rudely when their stressed out. All in all I just work there for the pay.

Review from Operations Dept

Merit raises and true recognition

Review from Executive Dept

Quit promoting people based on favoritism and cronyism. Home Depot seems to promote the people that stand around and talk and don't really do any work.

1 associate decides the tempo of the day. Which is always negative

Be open to each individual's struggles and work with them accordingly.

HR, supervisor and management team

Review from Sales Dept

They need to stop assaulting me.

Actual help in the areas of need. Better management help in the store.
