Striaght to the point getting right down to business about what kind of background you have.
Good people, not AI driven or being extra nosy! great people who think others as real human as well. Had a great experience!
Personable, froendly, made you feel at ease
It was a great qualifier of integrity
Review from Sales Dept
it was relaxing good responses for interviewer
Didn't care about my resume they cared about having a body fill their requirements
I was offered the position right away
Easy and simple. But is why we have so many people not want to do their jobs.
Faster interview process. Only 1-2 interviews.
They make feel at ease
Knowledge based and opportunity of the company
I felt relaxed after few minutes
Review from Sales Dept
Provided to get an Appointment it goes well, however the feedback whether or not you’re hired is what I hear complaints abo
Responsive adaptive and flexible group
Short with not a lot of explanation of duties.
It is based on situations (tell me about a time...) rather than personal attributes (ie strengths and weaknesses). I like that because it gives you an opportunity to show your competency without the awkwardness of trying to be honest but also trying to look good.
Review from HR Dept
The style if interview with panel
The Interviewer related the questions I was asked to their own experiences to reassure me that it's gonna be ok
How quick and seemless it was
Great experience and positive process
Base hiring on competance, dont interview unqualified people for jobs and pick one of them
Review from Product Dept
It's decent,maybe add psych evaluations
Not my circus I just work there
We have grown away the interview process anyone can sign up online they just have to come in for a background check. By the time they get hired they quit or just dont show up
More professionalism & information needed .
Do them in person not over the phone
more integrated with main company with less confusion
Review from Sales Dept
Actually interview employees and train them
No interview required and I did not have to show I.d.
Annoyingly easy. They just seemed to need bodies.
There needs to be less leniency within the hiring process: asking more situational questions and about previous employment.
I would take the word of the person being intetviewed as solid information And then test them on a few spur of the moment questions relating to what they say they are good at!
didnt interview , presented my qualifications briefly and went to work
Review from Operations Dept
Be open and fair. Focusing on business
Review from Business Development Dept
Atleast give people chances rather than getting all your favorites in.
new person in HR department
Interviews are done by HR that has zero clue of what the job actually is or requires. They're just there to try and filter out liability.
More extensive interview process process
