The level of understanding they have
They understand the reality of corporate gaslighting and don't get on us too hard.
They are committed to developing associates and inspiring them to promote
They support my growth and development
Support, it is that simple.
Need better store & asst. mgt
Taking care of our front line associates. More qualified bodys on the floors to actually help customers with their projects.
Communication, acknowledgment, participation. Leadership, compassion, fairness
Communication and fairness. No one at the store communicates even to the bare minimum to function, and especially not outside of their department.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication Within the team and managers
I havent read up on it but im sure its great
Stock options along with bonus structure
Annual performance based raises and quarterly bonuses
Amount of benefits offered is helpfull.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan and profit sharing.
I feel undervalued mostly because of the lower pay and mediocre benefits. I'd feel a lot better if I made enough money to contribute to my 401-K and get some of that match. Or actually participate in the stock purchase plan. Or had access to decent medical insurance.

All full time associates should be getting paid closer to what is considered a living wage for their geographical area. That is far from reality with HD pay scales
Better health insurance. Better dental insurance.
Pay on performance based commission structures.
Review from Sales Dept
No employee discount. Pay for each department you learn like lowes. HD uses your knowledge against you
Most of them are pretty good about pitching in and doing their jobs. Even the ones who are disgruntled and don't want to be there still manage to make the best of things and have a good time.

experience and willingness to share
We work together to get it done
Associates look out for eachother in helping customers.
Teamwork of course! Fair treatment and comfortable working conditions
Speak to one another. Treat each other like the customers with kindness.
By understanding everybody has a life and needs to understand that the work place should only be about work.
They need to show up for work
Review from Sales Dept
They need to actually care more about the work we do, not just sit in the corner. They need to follow standard procedures as well
Take care of this that need to be addressed.
Review from Marketing Dept
The focus on having a positive environment that supports everyone.

Allowing you personal time without pressure
Supportive positive culture and comfortable physical enviroment
The customers are pretty much happy to get help. Listening and helping them figure out their project is fun. It is such a reward to see them smile and know they have found someone they can trust throughout their project.
Customer service friendly staff awards
More communication and instruction to the job.
Review from Sales Dept
To live the values they promise.
Better senior management knowledge of all policies
Hime Depot is a woke company that does not recognice talented employees. They need to manage mord effectively and appreciate dedicated workers.
Enthusiasm, inspiration, law of order, routine
There basically was no interview, except "Can you have a conversation with a manager without being a complete jerk?" I had a job offer just based on

Professional. Gave me a fair opportunity to work at a company where men tend to lead in numbers.
Involvement thorough education. Open door policy and understanding if an absence due to bad weathet is acceptable
Striaght to the point getting right down to business about what kind of background you have.
Good people, not AI driven or being extra nosy! great people who think others as real human as well. Had a great experience!
Base hiring on competance, dont interview unqualified people for jobs and pick one of them
Review from Product Dept
It's decent,maybe add psych evaluations
Not my circus I just work there
We have grown away the interview process anyone can sign up online they just have to come in for a background check. By the time they get hired they quit or just dont show up
More professionalism & information needed .
When a customer recognizes that someone has done something good and provides positive feedback.

Just doing my job with my peers
Helping and meeting new customers.
Enjoying seeing my regular customers and making new customers. Our Veterans are tops
That I make a difference.
Less home owners means less people shopping for home repair equipment and less people with yards to plant plants.
More help and training leadership being more engaged with associates
Again, there is a lot more than 300 characters can cover
I feel like i am being targeted because i explained how David is always complaining to me about our coach michael who does not carry his weight. David says he is doing everyone elses work. It is like i dont fo snything
Management needs to improve communication and stop acting like bullies.
DEALING WITH MY CUSTOMERS IN A FRIENDLY AND KNOWLADGABLE WAY
My coworkers because they make The Home Depot feel like a second home.
The fact that each day I go in I know I am working the best I can and feel as though I accomplished my tasks.
My co workers, and the benefit package
Availability of products I use at home
Review from Product Dept
MORE INCINTIVE TO GET THE HOME DEPOT CARD APPLICATIONS AND THE SURVEYS DONE WITH MY CUSTOMERS LEAVING WITH A GOOD EXPERIENCE
A greater focus on departmental training.
I would like to see the raise increase go up as I know we all deserve more pay.
Our store manager care more about his people and less about how good they can make him look.
Some of the management needs to be evaluated.
