Review from Customer Support Dept

Our top leaders are continually developing their subordinates. They are investing in their pipeline continually.

They are competent and they care. They care about our team, they care about our safety, they care about our values. They make coming to work fun and exciting and promote opportunities for movement and growth. They live our values.

Review from HR Dept

New, Challenged, Resourceful, Knowledgeable, Experience

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, acknowledgment, participation. Leadership, compassion, fairness

Communication and fairness. No one at the store communicates even to the bare minimum to function, and especially not outside of their department.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication Within the team and managers

Actually paying attention to what's going on instead of being detached from it.

Holding people accountsble and showing appreciation for exceptional work.

Understanding disabilty issues of its employees

In store they are fine, but they pass down the most asinine, crew-hating things from corporate "leaders" who have no recent practical experience in stores. WE NEED TO BE PAID AND PROTECTED, they keep us uncomfortable and at or near homelessness. Constant hour cuts mean all of us have 2-4 other jobs.

Management needs to pay more attention to what is actually going on, on the sales floor. Though stocking of the shelves is important sales associates can't give good customer service and stock shelves at the same time. This causes extreme frustration causing low moral and even hatred.

Review from Sales Dept

Talk to each other for the love of god

Allow people to call in when they have severe migrains that make it unsafe to work, not working employees into the ground, show appreciation for the extra stuff we do,not cheat the books and give us 6 day work weeks without ot,actually care about safety, list goes on

Helping employees when out for heart surgery

Absolutely. No leadership and the daytime coach is cery ignorant. No one wants to work with him however no one will go to Gm abd explain

Learn to work together as a team communicate

Review from Sales Dept

Helping when we short vs standing around complaining about us being off our unload time. Ive never worked for a manager that knows he short staffed but dont roll up his sleeve and help with the workload.

Stop being condesending, rude, insulting and negative, instead offer words of appreciation & encouragement instead of the negative insults we get on a regular basis. Support us instead of blaming us for things out of our control.

Communicate with fellow employees regularly

paying people more. training. bleh

Being honest with associates and listening to them, instead of acting like they are listening and then doing the opposite. The company is completely unable to change with the times.

Communication needs to be a priority

Leadership team should stop trying to explain away grievances or worse, turning everything into a positive.
