Flexibility in schedule. Fair market value pay rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting more then a .0483 cent raise after working fot company 5 yrs. Honar service rewards. Located on page 24 of employee handbook. They need to be straight on paying us our mileage and expenses. Ca labor code 2802 clearlt states their obligations. They are not in compliance.

They don't value part-time employees at all. No time off they say the benefit is flexible hours but they still expect you to get everything done even in a short week.
