What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. Entirely too corporate. People work in silos. People are expected to come at 9am and leave at 5. Even when ppl dont have work to do, they just wait there till time to clock out. No risks are taken. No investment in future product dev.

new leadership, defined goals, a strategy and direction for the position our company wants to be in to succeed.
