What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always welling to help and if they see you are not getting something they are always there to help you. Also they don't just tell you when you are doing something wrong they always make sure you know how valued you are as an employee.

Client Relations Servicing leadership is full of favoritism, secrets, and rash half thought out poor executions. It is because of the directors not caring about the individual advocates and letting some leaders they oversee not do their job well due to friendships, that retention is dismal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to uncap our processing bonus and provide actual incentives like they do for the bankers in march. Not saying I want a full on car but the $25 Starbucks gift cards are really just a slap in the face.

Leadership can all be held to one standard and follow the same job expectations. If everyone is on the same page, the unity will flow through every team member.

We're very relaxed on the IT side. Very comfortable clothing choices, able to have visible tats and piercings- if you can do the work well, they only care about that. You are encouraged to speak up, and you can reach out to all levels of leadership.

Too much focus on relationships and politics, not enough on results and logical strategy. Lack of knowledge and understanding of the department and industry within leadership. Disregard for long term employee growth and too much focus on bringing in friends.
