Disparity is present between US benefits and Other global offices like US employees get remote working, gym, tuition assitance, new Dad multi week leave, dental benefits, better food stations, higher salaries even for same skills

All the works should be judged according to Quality and Efficiency. For example, if a person is much better in strategy building for a product then his/her performance should be judged accordingly and not on a fixed parameter like work is finished.

Pay difference between US and India is understandable to account for Cost of living but there is a need to bring more parity between the two when the world is moving remotely.

Have a clear vision and understand how we should all work together. We have 3 parts to chegg and i dont think theyre on the same page. Then within those 3 parts, theres additional groups that don't understand what we should be doing or who should be doing it.

No real communication to teams, no clear company direction, I feel in the dark 90% of my time

A lack of focus. Time-consuming project tracking bureaucracy with little value to the company or the project's success.

Avoid making the easy things hard. Operate as one chegg. Stop assuming that we all know whats going on with everyone. Instead of replying with "thats just the way it is", leadership should take the feedback a bit more serious.
