There's clear favoritism shown by leadership for certain departments, and that in turn engenders a culture of department-centrism and at times hinders communication and collaboration.

Honestly the interview process (which varies by department as there is no HR) was long, drawn out, and overly complicated. I had to take an intelligence test, and be interviewed by the CEO and the VP, for an entry level position.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was some last minute rescheduling and late calls made by the employer. I wasn't sure if they were taking the process seriously at one point, but I'm glad I pushed past that minor inconvenience and continued through the process!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A shift to a more goal oriented culture where we chase accomplishment instead of a do more activity culture would demonstrate more trust in the employee base and improve employee confidence in what they are doing each day.
